The NHS COVID-19 app, available to download in England and Wales, is the fastest way to see if you’re at risk. The faster you know, the quicker you can alert and protect your loved ones and community, and help stop the spread.

The digital NHS COVID pass shows your COVID-19 vaccination details or test results. This is your COVID-19 status.
You may be asked to show your pass to travel abroad, or at events and venues in England asking for proof of your COVID-19 status.
You can also get a paper copy of the NHS COVID pass by calling 119 or applying on this page. The paper copy covers your vaccination status only.
The Local Outbreak Management Plan (LOMP) sets out measures to prevent any further local outbreaks of COVID-19 on the Island as well as action to respond rapidly to any outbreaks, limiting further spread.
